Industrial Process
Equipped with recent and scalable industrial resources, our manufacturing sites meet the essential expectations of our customers. The co-design allows us to resolve particular cases.
Framed by the Quality service, the industrial process is conducted according to the following phases:
- Shaping: Laser cutting, punching or combined, punching lines, folding
- Assembly: by clinching, by spot welding (Nuclear approved), by TIG/MIG welding and by laser robotic welding
- Finalisation: surface treatment, liquid paint or powder paint line, with engraving and/or screen printing
- Assembly and integration
In order to respond positively to the various requests for cost savings, our technical services (design and industrialisation) are close to our customers, enabling you to find adapted solutions from the beginning of the construction cycle.
